Bandai Namco Filmworks and Fathom Entertainment Bring Theatres a Double Feature for Gundam Premiere Night

Bonus Short Film Wedge of Interposition Plus Interviews with the Cast and Crew Accompany the Double Feature; Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz Special Edition Remastered in 4K

Tokyo and Denver - December 12, 2025 – Bandai Namco Filmworks and Fathom Entertainment, the leading specialty distributor of content to theatrical partners worldwide, announced today the upcoming launch of Gundam Premiere Night, a double Gundam feature film event January 12-13 and 15, 2026.

The Gundam Premiere Night double feature will showcase the theatrical premieres of Special Edition: Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr-Hunt "-Path of the Little Challenger-" followed by the epic Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz Special Edition newly remastered in 4K. As a special bonus, the special 10th Anniversary of “Wedge of Interposition” will be offered as bonus content following Special Edition: Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr-Hunt "-Path of the Little Challenger-." 

Gundam Premiere Night screening details

Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr-Hunt "-Path of the Little Challenger-" and Iron-Blooded Orphans 10th Anniversary Short Film “Wedge of Interposition” content will be presented in Japanese with English subtitles on January 12-13 and 15.

 

Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz Special Edition will be shown in an English dubbed version on January 12 and 13, with a Japanese language with English subtitles version on January 15.

 

Fathom Entertainment screenings will also feature exclusive bonus content, including a special greeting from Rina Ikoma, voice of Wistario Afam, and a special interview featuring Localization Producer Ken Iyadomi and Ocean Production's Ken Morrison reminiscing about the localization of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing when it first aired in North America.

Venus, which lost to Mars in the development race, is a remote frontier planet in which the four great economic blocs show little interest. It is now used only as a penal colony for criminals, and its inhabitants don't even have IDs.Then Wistario, who wants to improve the conditions in this homeland, encounters a girl who claims to be the guide to the Urdr-Hunt."Congratulations. You're qualified to enter the Urdr-Hunt."Drawn in by this encounter, Wistario now stands at the threshold of the Urdr-Hunt, a race which offers a prize vast enough to easily purchase a whole colony.

In carrying out its mission to escort Kudelia, Tekkadan has achieved overnight fame through the fighting that took place during the election of Arbrau's prime minister. Its name is now known throughout the outer spheres...After returning home to Mars, Tekkadan continues moving forward, even resorting to brute-force tactics in order to further expand its organization. Meanwhile, as they watch Orga struggling on his own with the unfamiliar role of leader, Mikazuki and the other Tekkadan members come up with an idea.

A theatrical film re-editing the three-episode OVA with newly animated scenes. The world has renounced armament and is following the path of peace. Then Mariemaia, Treize's daughter, appears as the leader of a mysterious army and launches an armed uprising to seize control of the Earth Sphere. Heero and the others must pilot their Gundams one last time to restore peace.
