Given the graphics, it's either PS3 or Vita. SEGA's DIVA team was hiring people to make a Vita game, and "NEXT" is the codename for a couple of Vita games...

I'd bet a good sum on Vita. From looking at game footage from other games on the Vita I'd say it's pretty close in quality. It's not quite Dreamy Theater quality but also the graphics are way better than Project Diva on PSP. What falls right in-between? Vita.
