Clearly, as an elder brother, Araragi is concerned about his sister's dental hygiene. Although, one gets the sense he wouldn't mind filling her cavity...

I think he would require further training to be able to complete such a delicate task, Blood-.

But how could he get further training? Mayoi is a ghost, perhaps she could lend her body to allow him to train in filling cavities, or Tsubasa seems to know a lot, he should definetly ask her about it.

Wait. Is there any PURE character left in Nisemonogatari now?

I should've tagged on an obligatory "-kun" to make it picture perfect Mister V.

In episode five of Bakemonogatari, Araragi makes a statement to Hachikuji regarding his little sisters: “Who would touch their own sister’s breasts?”
This particular image has been bothering me for a while.
This is an image of Sengoku’s shelf that contains a collection of some of the most important works in Japanese culture. The Tale of Genji, The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter, etc. are all on this shelf, but there is also one open book that is resting on an awkward-shaped object.
Any thoughts?

That is a pretty peculiar image, but it doesn't seem as overtly obscene as it does at first glance. Vaguely phallic, it is nothing more than the hangar for a potted plant. Why it would be there I have no clue, unless they just basically rendered the image from a photograph.
Sometimes a cigar ...

An in story explanation for this image are Sengokus attempts to lessen the distance between herself and Araragi, while he stays oblivious to the romantic advances.
I think the books on display are considerate as for Nadeko trying to appear mature.
While the book leaning on the unindentifiable phallic object is an visual representation of her approach.

Well well, two new, mysterious characters are introduced in in episode 9 that might be the antagonists of this arc. Well, considering that they're setting up "operations" at the abandoned cram school, they'll most likely be the antagonists. I have no idea how Tsukihi's going to be at all relevant in her own arc with only 2 episodes left, but I'm more interested in how Hanekawa knew where Araragi was going... Maybe he's become a bit too predictable.

Does it anyone find it strange that Tsukihi Araragi is not even in her own arc right now?
The other new character (one with the green twintails) talks like Last Order using 1st person mannerism from Toaru Majutsu no Index lol

Not that strange. The second episode of Tsubasa Cat was all about Hitagi, and the three that wrapped up the arc I believe were only released with the DVDs. And Karen didn't show up a ways into Karen Bee, either.

no, because this anime is like this. The character doesn't has to be on his/her own Arc all the time. Tsukihi did show up in this arc.

Well these new characters they have just introduced seem to have the same air to them that Oshino has. They knew exactly what was going on with Araragi and Karen just by looking and took it in their stride. Judging by the way they are obviously looking for Oshino aswell they are possibly in the same line of work as Oshino. The other explaination is that they on the same level as Gullioutine Cutter and co from Kizemonogatari. I think it's more likely to say that they are aquaintances of Kaiki though as he dissapeered out of the picture too fast for my liking so there has to be more to his story I think. He did mention that he knows alot of people who know about oddities in his last episode.
If Araragi has to fight them he has no chance from what mayoi and Karen said. From this it looks like we will see alot more of Shinobu in that case. Speaking of which, the scene where she trips him up is brilliant. It was like they were saving themselves just before they did something that everyone exspected and might have grown old on the viewers.
Iam curious as to what exactly Karen wanted with Kanbaru.
I was wondering if someone can answer this aswell but in the episode where Araragi goes to sengoku's house, she tells him somthing along the lines of ''you cant go in that closet I wont forgive you'', after he asks about it.
Was this foreshadowing for soemthing else or is it a joke based on what items of embbaresing clothing he may or may not find in there? Have I missed the point?
