Well I was planning to sign up for jmanga.com after this announcement anyway, but the chance to win the Eri Sawachika figure sealed the deal and forced me to stop procrastinating. Anime smile

So uh, what does this mean exactly? J-Manga now owns Delray and will publishing/distributing their titles? Or something else? Where's the news part of this headline?

It's a contest announcement, why would there be news in it?
