I remember I was reading about an anime that was about a green haired girl that was magical and gave this ordinary girl magical powers during the summer or something like that. Would anyone care to give me the name of that anime please? That would be helpful. Thanks.

Sadly that is all the information that I have about this anime....uh....I think the other girl had brown hair and the green haired girl's hair was kinda poofy or something like that.
