I have Seen the first three episodes, wich were really good. I really liked the Black Swordsman and guts was also a very interesting charcter. I had a thought, how much does the Manga differ from the Anime?

Mmm, anime is good, but it takes some serious liberties toning down scenes, leaving things out, etc. I don't think it's a spoiler to say pretty much all Black-Swordsman era Berserk takes place after the anime, save the first episode.
If you don't mind some spoilers (or you could just not read them) there's a good anime/manga comparison here: http://skullknight.net/faq/section5frame.html |

For starters, the manga is much better than the anime.
The anime's first episode is pretty much the manga's first volume, with a lot of stuff taken out. The 2nd and 3rd volumes are skipped. The anime mainly adapts volume 4-13, though it skips volume 11 (I believe that's the one) and leaves out quite a bit of content along the way, such as an incident that explains much of Guts' behavior. The manga also has more volumes beyond 13, and is presently on volume 31. Read the manga; it's much better than the anime. Be sure to start from the beginning. Be warned, though, the first 3 volumes are subpar compared to the rest. |

The manga and anime are waaaayyy different. To fully understand some of the motives and certain details behind the Hawk, or Guts, it might be a good idea to read everthing. Only then will you gain the power.

Please learn to type in English.
Anime is animated (cartoons) and manga is the comics. In the case of Berserk, like a majority of anime, the anime is based off of the manga and there are a number of differences which have already been addressed. |

There are a whole bunch of different story arcs that they get to flesh out better in the manga, which is usually the case with anything that is also a manga and an anime.

Think of it as reading a novelization of a movie, if you have at all. They will be different in a few places. The same thing applies to manga and anime. |

Except of course, the manga usually comes first and thus it's more like a movie based on a book than a novelization. |

As I said in my post, most manga are made before there is an anime and thus most series are adaptations of a manga. Manga are essentially comics which are usually first published in magazines in Japan, one chapter at a time. Then they are later collected into graphic novels, usually with 4-6 chapters per volume. Most anime is based off manga, though not all of them. And there are cases where manga was made based off an anime, though those are fairly rare. And of course there is lots of manga that is never made into an anime. |

In the case of when they're not based on anime, they're either based on a novel or a dojinshi game, and not all are hentais. |
