They are trying to be Aikatsu too hard. Don't copy, just get your own ideas, dammit.

...But Aikatsu copied Pretty Rhythm in the first place... But anyway, Precure has been doing the singing dancing thing since Yes! Precure. I can't find it on YouTube anymore, but they did dance videos/idol videos in the past, and things like Smile Precure! had kids' arcade games before Aikatsu. The arcade games were basically like Pretty Rhythm as well, with a rhythm game and dressing up the characters.
