ooh the plot thickens
as to people calling it a ripoff, its pricey yes but not a ripoff. a ripoff game would be MVC street fighter with all their super and ultimate versions. id almost be willing to call it overpriced but i haven't played it yet so i cant judge it yet

3DS games retail at $40 in the US, this being $50 makes it overpriced by default.

Not really since Capcom's updated rereleases typically retail for about $20 less than the vanilla versions. And are really there for people who didn't purchase the original games.
