No it's not. Its a isekai adventure of someone being summoned as their computer avatar, but in more harem/slave setting. Yeah there similarities, but this from manga anyways does not have as much depth. There going have Censor HECK out of it since there was alot eechi scenes unlike Overlord. Its good light reading, but i don't have high hopes for it as Anime. Like UQ Holder high hopes. Don't expect magic.

The art looks better than I was expecting, considering a lot of isekai anime recently have been getting terrible art, and especially since the manga to this is pretty bland. It's more on par with the LN art, which is pretty nice.
Anyways, can't wait. Hope the isekai trend continues long enough for the haters to go bald

There's nothing wrong with an isekai story as long as the story is good. Having read the first LN I'd say this is okay, but not particularly good. The one I'm looking forward to is "Didn't I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life?!" Sure, the heroine is OP but she doesn't want to be and tries to hide it and it's just generally good.

Another Power Isekai Fantasy LN makes it to the TV screen. At least Shield Hero has struggles and the Slime one has a Slime MC. This one, however, is just harem anime.
I'll probably still see it. One isekai story I want to see most has yet to be realized, arguably the one that popularized the LN genre, is Mushoku Tensei. Now that is a story I'd like to see animated. |

But there is already a new trend. I call it the “nostalgia” trend, where just a bunch of old works get new anime/remakes. Im just shocked theyre announcing one after another. Also theres nothing wrong with isekai shows, I just wish it would be more expansive episode wise. 12 eps just isnt enough to get the most out of it. |

I dunno, keeping loli elves peeing off the silver screen is a pretty good state of affairs imo, would prefer to keep it that way. |
