Talk about a weird crossover. As for the special announcement, it’s probably another movie.

A new movie is the most likely announcement. I actually hope that Oda is both involved and not involved in the movie. The three movies he has been involved with were all amazing but that in turn also takes him away from the manga where he already takes regular breaks every 3-4 weeks.
