3bil of loss in money just wow thats just so exagerrated, guess they counted all thoose people that they would actualy buy all this stuff....

Pretty much. To put it in context, that's about two thirds of the Japan manga industry yearly revenue. And that's for a half a years time;

The entertainment industry has been making the "every download is a lost sale!" argument ever since the days of Napster, and it has never once held up to scrutiny.
