Probably, only something that can be done in Japan, Singapore, and a few other nations.
If done in the United States, they would probably be spray painted over, or some other type of vandalization. |

The Aqours manholes in Numazu have been vandalized at one point. |

True, but still Japan is not as bad as the U.S. when it comes to that. Though there are some nations that are even worse than us. |
