I'm definitely looking forward to hearing whether they are making significant changes to fix the train wreck or not. It might be hard to tell from just the first movie given that a large portion is likely just the setup / showing off the G-Self for the first time.

I like the unique art style of this gundam series. If they can make the story more cohesive, it will be an enjoyable show to watch.
