I swear, at a certain point, I don't know when exactly, but the gyaru really rose in popularity. they've transitioned to making gyarus objects of affection from preconceived bitch hussy.
There's even been a rise in strictly gyaru focused "naughty" anime. It's just mind boggling that this is the norm now.

And totally unrealistic for a high school setting.

For me in cases like this, it either has to be good comedy, or the artwork has to be totally fantastic. Always a sucker for tremendous artwork.
