Huh, so this is a GoHands show. This proves that they're fully capable of making anime without that weird, er, signature color filter style.

Still haven't gotten the 18 OVA episodes, which I've heard are important to see in between the two seasons.

Seitokai Yakuindomo is pretty much the last vestige of "normal" GoHands that all got thrown out the window when they made Mardock Scramble.

"Important" is relative. You do miss "story"- but you don't necessarily watch it for the story. Character relationships remain the same and you can get the jokes.

Plus, the last movie and this are more like comps of OVA episodes with some updated animation.

That being said...
PLEASE license the OVA episodes!
