What happened to their faces?!
Like it's not even how different they are from the novel art or the manga but in the trailer they also don't even really match the faces in the cast announcements images below???? |

Low-cost production spotted!
They’ve removed all the golden embroidery on their costumes if you compare anime art to the novel cover. I’d rather have no anime, than to have anime without all the gorgeousness of costumes and accessories. :/ |

Gold embroidery would be quite exquisite (expensive), but the character designs are definitely subpar.
Quality level is as expected of Maho Film though. |
