This prequel is what actually got me into Jujutsu Kaisen to the point I got angry that Yuta wasn't in the first seasons and was only mentioned and Yuji instead reminded me to Ichigo Kurosaki but with a character development that remained vague and then repetitve with so many wonder about killing. It's nice how the movie develops Yuta especially when he is first given aid by Maki in the inside of a monster. I doubt Yuta likes Maki considering how casually he told her that he wants to be like her though. Still the cameo characters felt like cheap fanservice to season 1 fans. Geto though shines a lot as a villain here.

I was a big fan of the show so I was pretty excited to see the movie. Yeah, I remember almost nothing of it. Bring on season 2!

Agreed. Very much looking forward to more. It became better than I thought it would - which is extremely rare for me.
