The way this section of the article is written is off.
As far as I can tell, Yuna Ogata has never been in the Nanoha franchise before now. Yukana is the one coming back to the franchise, obviously to reprise her role as Rein.
I'm actually rather sad that the voices of Raising Heart and Bardiche are being replaced after all these years. Their voice deliveries were such an iconic part of the early Nanoha entries.

England is actually new.
