How one submits a News article?

I was wondering, since I stumbled upon a news update from Anime Nation, http://www.animenation.net/blog/2008/08/12/ultimo-anime-announced/, that doesn't appear to be listed in the recent news here at ANN, how someone could go about either posting it, or notifying a staffer who can consider posting it.

If I've accidentally posted this in an inapropriate topic, then I sincerely apologize, but I'm unsure as to where it should go. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Anime catgrin
