Ah, the infamous bumpity-bump-bump-bump date dance, eh? Anyway, looking forward to My-Otome whenever Bandai-d actually does decide to release it for realz.

Mai-Otome is on my wishlist as well. I hope all this delaying doesn't mean it will get canceled eventually. I'm really looking forward to it.

Roflmao... Code Geass got bumped back again... Anime hyper

Seriously. Bandai's handling of R2 is a clusterfuck of epic...no, Biblical proportions... And...well, just about everything else they have...

Geez, it just wouldn't be a Bandai solicit without delays.

Anyway, looking forward to Code Geass and Gundam 00 whenever they get released.

Hayate is such a ripoff. Honestly, 40 bucks for 7 subtitled episodes??

$40 for 7 episodes is a rip off. If it was 12 episodes, it would make more sense.

Indeed, even with the inevitably pre-order sale of down to $29.99 or so, that's still a pretty steep price for 7 subtitled episodes, with what we probably expect to have absolutely no special/extra features. No, clean openings and endings don't count, and they can't even have interviews with dub people, and a commentary by Americans would be pointless.

This is where there is a problem with subtitled only anime, when they really don't add anything more than fanubs. Thankfully, I can't fault Rightstuf/Nozomi with that because their releases were excellent. But the real complaint is that they're not releasing enough at once and they're ask far too much.

Bandai is really getting desperate. If it was for all 13 episodes, then $40.00 would make more sense. They seem to be trying to go back the day when a 2-3 episode anime VHS was maybe $30.

Yeah I agree. I don't understand their pricing strategy at all. When Gurren Lagann first came out it was 29.98 for 9 subtitled episodes, I mean what the hell is going on with Bandai's prices?
