Credit to Blood- for pointing this out) - 4/27/10 ---- Just realized that the FUNi releases for April hadn't been posted. It's a real slow month. And also, the D. Gray-man S1 Part 2 Blu-ray has been canceled and will be released at a later date, apparently. Credit to WTK from AoD for getting this. This about the only thing I have an interest in for April. I am still trying to decided if I want this version or see if the current box set comes down in price (I doubt it will happen.) |

re: Str.A.In. - I thought that Funi's S.A.V.E. line had a $19.98 price point for shows with 13 episodes?

I've not read much news regarding FUNimation's S.A.V.E. line, but I will say this will definitely have me buying more anime. Most prices I've seen are at $29.99, but without ANN's handy Encyclopedia on hand, I don't know the number of episodes. If it is indeed $20 for 13 episodes, I'm all in. *slides wallet to center of table. Damn, FUNimation's been making some great changes lately. Hmm, I wonder if they've been reading my posts? |

I knew I wasn't making this up:
I got that from this article on the Funimation panel at Katsucon. |

^Well, the RACS page has it retailing for $29.98 (they don't show the retail price, but it makes sense considering the price on there). I'll make note of that, though.

I wonder, are these S.A.V.E. sets similar to the Veridian green reissues? I'm not a big fan of flimsy cardboard boxes, since they crease pretty easily, and they just look odd sitting next to regular DVD cases. Though the prices are definately a major plus.
