My experience with them has been limited to the On Demand videos my cable provider give me access to. The video feeds have been good but not great since some video's appeared rather fuzzy but I don't know if that is an issue with them or my cable provider.
Anyway, I've been thinking about becoming a subscriber to their online service but was wondering what the experience of those who are subscribers has been like. How good are their video streams and what is the highest resolution offered? How good is their customer service?
I probably would have subscribed already if they made it easy to cancel after the first month but it seems you need to email them in order to do it.....which got me second guessing and now doing some research. lol

I subscribed to them to watch out High School of the Dead, and except for one point when certain titles were inexplicably unavailable for a few hours, I've had no problem with them. Their prices are fairly economical, they do have a lot of video available right now, and unlike on the Funi site, you can watch everything without commercial breaks. Most (all?) of their offerings are available in Standard or HD versions, too, and they upscale to full-screen video quality well. Site organization is also pretty good.

Anime Network huh? I guess I will look into it. Although I can deal with the commercial breaks on Funimation's website and their youtube channel. It really is not that big of a deal, I don't know why people get so bent out of shape over commercial breaks?

Thanks for the replies. I thought I would have gotten more replies considering a lot of people seem to be pro legal streams and such on here and High School of the Dead is one of the longest threads. lol

Through my cable company I could get that network for a dollar a month. However through the on-demand part I'd prefer to have all the episodes to a series at once instead of random episodes throughout a series.
I noticed that through the blanked out show selection.
