So what is "Norageki?" the top result in google is this site and the rest of the first couple of pages are sites mirroring it...

It's an original OVA title.

There's not gonna be any more information about it unless Bandai Visual releases it.

Keen to see an influx of OVA's, and theatrical showings for them. Guess Bandai's looking at some alternatives to late night with this sort of stuff- and I'm guessing we'll get some slick, shorter shows out of it.
