Smashing stuff. This complements Bamboo's latest column quite aptly.
I'll admit, I've had problems with the packaging on certain Funimation compilation releases in the past, but these products look attractively sturdy.
I'm personally happy about the fact the Kanon boxset has a plain serif font on a white background along its spine, something I feel is appropriate for the series itself.

In all honesty, I don't like those flimsy boxes at all. I cringed a little bit when I first got my Suzuka complete collection because of its flimsy box. I personally prefer the thick, sturdy cardboard or the bricks that Bandai uses all the time. So I think I'm going to buy the original 4 volumes and art box for Air and I have to buy the Kanon box set because volume 5 is floating out there in no man's land. I would just prefer 2 of my favorite shows to be in sturdier boxes.

Oh good, no big difference with the AIR Movie and the ADV version. Personally, I like the cover on the ADV one more than the FUNI. Misuzu's face just looks off on it. Although I will pick up the TV boxset.

Didn't know Funi was making packaging videos- I like this. Concerns about packaging come up for me so often (especially with Viridian releases, since many of thoem are those nasty all-paper jobs.) I hope this becomes a mainstay on the Funi Youtube channel!
