Is there any particular area to request a series be added to the streaming video library? If there isn't, there should be. Such requests should go to the forum administrators attention, and not be lost in the many discussion posts. Thank you.

Seems kind of pointless. I rather doubt than ANN is able to arrange to have a specific anime streamed. Or if they are, they probably will do so without it being specifically requested.
