The way Final left off it sets up for a new series. Not to mension how it has See You Again as the very last thing. Will there be another series it is just in the making or di dthey make people like me suffer.

There's still more source material from the manga left, so I'd imagine there will be more eventually. Currently Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan is being released every three months. It's an OVA from the creator of Jungle wa Itsumo Hale nochi Guu, but I'm not sure who exactly is working on it nor do I feel like checking. Depending on who is involved with the release of that, that'll impact how long before there is another Guu OVA/series.
