Wait Shimajiro is a Japanese creation? Yet his toilet adventures have been seen in Korea and maybe China? Wait a minute yeah, he's Japanese, heh.
He's getting a film? If it's anything like 'Doogy Poo' watch out. That's an oldie that's part of CPM old acquisitions. |

I was expecting someone to reference that immediately!
Well, I'm sure Benesse probably bothers to operate in those other Asian countries anyway if that's how far Shimajiro's presence is known in. Certainly hasn't gotten any further than that though perhaps Benesse simply doesn't have much interest in the North American and European markets yet.
Don't suppose they'll try to sell it outside Asia but I like to see it happen anyway (as long as the memory of his toilet-training adventures are still afresh in our heads). |
