Looks like Gonzo is shedding assets. It's usually a good sign, when a company removes its name from a subsidiary, that they are about to offload it.

Actually, Gonzo already sold their stake last year. This name change is just coming late (i.e. the online game company continued operating as Gonzo Rosso even after the change in ownership).
