I'm surprised this manga hasn't been republished in light of Obama's election if, as Carl noted, other than ethnic background, it's very similar in its ideas to the real Presidential race from a few years back.

Yes, up until the conspiracy stuff, it's eerily reminiscent. I'm super excited about this; didn't know anyone else liked Eagle.
