Shouldn't it be listed on this page between "Robotan" and "Robots Are The Technopolice"?

Anything "not anime but related" is not listed in alphabetical lists. To access them one has to either locate the "original" or use the search engine at upper right. |

Or use the super-secret link—search the entire site (not just the Encyclopedia) for "not anime but related".

You're welcome.  Direct links were removed years ago to cut down on the number of (nuisance) submissions in that category.
