Nobody knows that until CrunchyRoll announces what they have, anything before that is pure speculation.

They are one of the producers of the show. Sentai just happens to have a lot of series licensed that they are involved in.

TBS only holds international rights (at minimum). The company responsible for acquiring timeslots on TV is Pony Canyon. Shows that TBS has a big role in tend to say "Production: TBS/(name of show's production committee)" but this and Chuunibyou just have "Production: (name of show's production committee)" as seen in the PV. If TBS was responsible for getting timeslots (as they did for the Key shows/K-On!), you'd see them listed as airing the show. As it stands, this and Chuunibyou are not even listed on their TBS website.

Well, MX does airs it first before any other channel, just like Chuunibyou from the Fall Season.

I was about to say this, she needs to learn how to draw more than 6 six character designs.

Anyway, show seems cute enough to watch. I'm looking forward to it.
