Its nice to see how quickly a person can draw something they've been drawing for ages and still have it with the right amount of details to fit the design and look great!

I always loved all of the detail on the characters on Bleach. Sadly, Bleach doesn't have many other redeeming qualities these days. The final manga arc seems to be filling in all of the loose ends, but is still relying on the same crap that Bleach has always run off of: Fake deaths, betrayals (not yet in this arc, but wait for it), and constant training to beat the bad guy. =S
One Piece on the other hand, I feel is never ending. The characters are much simpler, but I like them. I been told by many of my friends that it doesn't have that "anime feel" and that the characters look weird, but it seems that people have adapted to Oda's style. Even though Nami's boobs have quadrupled in size since the beginning of the manga.

I want an original sketch from Oda-sensei, too!

Kubo's drawing was fantastic. I love all the care and detail he put into it. The current arc is going up and down all the time -with more downs than ups- but I'll never get tired of Kubo's art

Kubo and "detail" don't usually go well in the same sentence.
