I was browsing ANN's manga archive and came across Outlaw Star. I love the show and I am very interested in these, but the ANN links gave very little informatin, not even mentioning the manga. Can someone tell me where I can find these, how they fit into the outaw Star universe, and any other useful information.

No I do not know, just wanted to say that Outlaw Star is one of my favorite series, getting the set soon from banres and noble, yipee.

Most of the info is submitted by other people, so don't expect it to have everything on there.
Find? Easy, try Sasuga books, Anime Nation, Ebay, etc. As for fitting: The manga is almost same as the anime, but certain events happened differently (The meeting of Hilda and such). Also try looking up Future-Retro Hero Story in the Manga Encyclopedia, most of the info on FRHS was submitted by me because I managed to get some of that rare manga series that is linked to Outlaw Star. There are also certain chapters that have not been reprinted into volume format so far, however I don't know what issues they came in Ultra Jump. Also I need to know what Fan Magazine came out with the recent FRHS comic which links to Gene's dreams in Chapter 21 of the Outlaw Star Manga. Itoh will be coming out with a Outlaw Star 2 manga series as well and is working on an unknown anime and video game so far. |
