Well if it doesn't get licensed for R1 before the release date, I wouldn't worry too much. I'm sure sales were good enough for the previous series that Bandai of America would more than likely bring it over just for the sake of completing or making another addition to a pretty well recieved title (wish I had the statistics to back it up, though Anime smile + sweatdrop).
