I was looking through links for an anime, and one of them links to a site that contains scans and MP3s. They aren't on the anime's portion of the site, but it has a few links to the site's multimedia section. Is this still an appropriate link?
(Sorry if this has already been covered.)

No, I don't think it is. In general, I use the forum rule for guidance:

I'm sure it applies to the entire site. If you submit an error report and they say it's okay, then, no harm done.
