In the anime section of the Encyclopedia, the new Hellsing OAV is listed with the exact same information twice under Hellsing Ultimate OAV and Hellsing OAV. I do not know if this was because the 'Ultimate' is not official or what, it just seemed a bit out of place to have the same information in two places.

It's probably because someone added both. The people in charge of the Encyclopedia will probably merge the information into one entry and then mark the other entry as being false so the wrong one won't be entered again.

They both go to the same place. Look at the id number. It's an alternate title, not a duplicate entry.
