I've never read the manga so idk what they mean by it, but survival game to me has always meant "last one standing wins". Like elimination match.
but yea, I'm really looking forward to this. Being a person that reasearches a lot of guns, I'm hoping some of my favorite models make an appearance. I hope the characters look like they did in the promotional video though, because from what I've seen of the manga and other pictures, their designs are a bit too bubbly :p |

Survival game: Armed teams with compete with one another, think paintball but with something more like air guns {They had one in the H Gata B Kei anime}. So:
Girls Und Panzer meets girls with guns or girls with guns just in a school club, I guess. Loving the retro trailer, liking the cast. |

Really cute! I mean, my compulsive brand loyalty to GAINAX kinda dictates that I watch this but it looks pretty sweet! I haven't been able to catch any of the "cutie-girls-and-guns" shows like Upotte and Girls Und Panzer that have aired lately so this'll be my intro to the trend.

More like lame airsoft games with cute girls. I previewed the manga and color me unimpressed. Don't get me wrong I loved Upotte and especially Girls Und Panzer to death but C3-Bu was boring as hell.

The strength of the cast is enough to make me check out this series. But I'm skeptical that Gainax will do a great job. Gainax lost its magic a long time ago. (And I'm a longtime Gainax fan.)
