Looking forward to giving it a try. Seen every Football anime except this one. Although, I wish they'd continue Captain Tsubasa and Giant Killing.

The Ginga e Kickoff!! Anime is one of the better Sports shows I have seen, and is the best soccer/football show I have seen. It is superior to Giant Killing and light years ahead of Knight in the Area. I really appreciated the use of interesting tactics and the focus on teamwork and ingenuity over pure skill. Plus it's just good simple fun.

Indeed Ginga kick off is one of the best sports anime of recent years, it was awesome anime, really high caliber anime, not the best thou. Theres the original captain tsubasa or Aoki densetsu shoot between a couple more.
I enjoyed both Giant Killing and Knight of the area, extremely sad area no kishi was cancelled, indeed Ginga he kick off is superior.
