Its about time ADV Manga comes back with new manga. I'm totally looking forward to NGE: Angelic Days. Now when will the rest of Peacemaker Kurogane come out?

IMO they should finish what they've already started before releasing new stuff... but oh well, i guess when there's profits involved, common sense gets thrown out of the window.

Putting the publication of unprofitable titles ahead of profitable ones would, IMHO, be a lack of common sense.
We all hope that ADV finishes the publication of all the manga it started. But it's unreasonable to expect them to finish the unprofitable ones before they release newer, hopefully profitable titles.
If they were purely motivated by profit, they wouldn't complete the unprofitable manga at all. Hopefully that won't be the case.

Didn't that end? I thought Vol. 3 was the last one. I could be wrong since I haven't finished watching the anime.

The end of volume 3 makes it obvious that there is more as new plot points are introduced and nothing is resolved. I think there is a To Be Continued, but I don't remember. According to Animeondvd.com, Gunslinger Girl is 6+ volumes.
After seeing an ad and reading a review for Anne*Freaks, it looks pretty interesting. NewType USA's reviews may be crappy reviews, but at least they give you a good idea of what the manga is about. I think I'm going to get this. Maybe if they get more money they will continue Gunslinger Girl *hopes*.
EDIT: According to AoD, ADV has 79 manga series. And at the moment they are only releasing about 5. Several others have finished. That means they are just sitting on about 70 incomplete manga series.
