The title is actually "Shin Kyuseishu Densetsu Hokuto no Ken Raoh Den Jun'ai no Sho".

The additional part of the title that you mentioned is acknowledged in the Japanese kanji for the title, and in the omnibus entry. anime#5024

I see that, but the rest of it is still wrong. Leaving out that first bit, the remaining needs to be "Hokuto no Ken - Raoh Den Junai no Sho" (not "Gaiden Junai-hen").

Also, the others in the series; all the "Gaiden"s and "Densetsu"s should just be "Den" and the "hen"s should be "no Sho"s.
