It has been brought to my attention that while most people know not to ask for such things, it would still be nice to have a reminder in each of the three major General forums.

For those who are not familiar with the rules:

Teh Rules wrote:
10) Users may not request or link to bootlegs, fansubs, scanlations, active fan-translating groups, peer-to-peer networks, timed scripts, MP3s, unauthorized movie clips, or websites that house these groups or products.

In plain English, DO NOT ASK FOR DOWNLOADS. If a thread or post is reported to be containing subject matter of this nature, it will be locked or deleted (pending on how bad we want to make an example of you or not).

I've just launched a indie comic in the Android app store. It's free and there are no in app costs either. Would you consider posting about that against the rules?
