Its kind of interesting to see how far Bleach has fallen that the end of the main villain for the past 40 volumes gets only 800,000

It's interesting to see that there is no Gantz on the volume page but it is number 2 on the series page. Just goes to show how many volumes they manage to put out in the space of 6 months.

This list is for ALL volumes released but only sales of those volumes in the timeframe so obviously the movie helped alot.

"Far?" There are literally hundreds of manga that would kill for those numbers. You might even argue hundreds deserve those numbers more than Bleach does.

One Piece's still whooping ass and taking names.

Sad to see Toriko at the bottom.

Why did Viz license Toriko while dropping Gintama?!

And, yes, there are manga that deserve the numbers Bleach has more than Bleach does! Wink

Japan is back to recession last quarter - and the earthquake+tsunami only affected the last 3 weeks of that. Expect greater drop in numbers as the earthquake+tsunami effect will be greater this quarter, and folks tighten their belts.
