I'd say this is good news. Little by little, other companies will pick up the titles TP had that are worth rescuing for one reason or another.
Interesting that they're replacing Vampire Kisses's artist. Probably had no choice what with her working on Soulless atm. It'll be nifty to see the two artists' styles. (Will they be very similar? Totally different?) Now as soon as I hear/read active publishers have picked up Maid-Sama!, Deadman Wonderland, Happy Cafe, Loveless, Dazzle, .hack, Saiyuki and Peacemaker Kurogane I'll be over the moon.  It's a weighty list, I know, but you've gotta aim high, right?
