Just wondering how the manga of 3x3 eyes differs from the anime, storyline wise and all that? How much of the manga does the anime cover? how much further does the manga go than the anime? Thanks for the help

I was under the impression that the anime only covered the first 6 or so manga.
Looks like there are 40 volumes in total. So the anime doesnt cover much of it at all. Which is a shame considering how good it was.

The anime only covers a few volumes of the manga. I don't remember exactly how many, but six sounds about right. Dark Horse's English version, however, are smaller than the Japanese versions, so they haven't even covered all of the anime. And since it seems to have been cancelled, it probably will never go any further.
Up to volume 27 has been scanlated, but the only group doing it hasn't updated their site in about four months, so who knows when they will get farther.
