Your two statements are not mutually exclusive. Regardless of expectations, Stark hopes it will be an animated film. I expect it will probably be live action as well, based on the description of the story, since it is a prime live action candidate. I would prefer anime as well, though. (In any event, the film will probably only cover a portion of the manga.)
