Have you ever dream you are an anime character? Or that this world instead of being three dimensional is an manga? That you are the only real person and everybody else is an anime?
Were you in trouble? Was it just one anime or a combination of many others?

Once I dreamed I was Asuka Langley and I was with Rei Ayanami. We were on my bed and,... I think you can guess what was the dream about!
So... leaving my dream away, I will like to hear yours

Oddly enough, can't say I have for no anime is "real" (if you know what I mean). But it would be rather nice to have a dream like that.

Although, this makes me wonder about the FanFiction writers. Twisted Evil

I have anime-themed dreams all the time. In fact, in my dream from last night, I was on a pirate ship with the One Piece crew when Komugi-chan fell from the sky. She ate Luffy, stole his cloths, and forced everyone to revere her as the ship's captain. (The crew was made up entirely of those purple H things from Welcome to the NHK, by the way.) Then a whale-sized version of that talking yellow car from Who Framed Rodger Rabbit (piloted by Haruko from FLCL) flew up out of the ocean and roared. Haruko hit the car thing on the head, and a giant Bincho-tan came out of the lump. She was looking for her lost panties, which it turns out were being used as the ship's flag. She got her underwear back, busted up the ship, and flew away into the sky. Then the ship sank and everyone drowned. (I write all my dreams down in a journal so I can remember all of this stuff.)

And, on the topic of dreams, I once had a dream that I was Joey from Friends. I had gills instead of lungs, so I had to walk around with a fish bowl on my head. I went to a pre-school baseball game that was coached by Pee-Wee Herman. One of the little boys came up to me and was all like, “How YOU doin’?” He took me to a party, and everyone was getting drunk and smoking and doing drugs and stuff. I told the kid I didn’t want any of his drugs, so he kicked me out of the party and shouted, “You are SO not cool!” at me from the door.

I remember a lot of my dreams, and I usually write them down too. I'm looking at the file right now, and I can see there are a lot of weird dreams involving anime characters among them.

To give two examples;
One dream I had was taking place in a Gungrave world. Apparently, I was dead, although I could see everything as if I was looking from above. The old guy that was Brandon's first boss in the anime wanted revenge for my death, so he went to Millenion's building. And thus, two varied groups were getting ready to fight in front of that building. Harry, Bear Walken, Bunji and some other guys were standing on one side, the old guy and Maria, Big Daddy, some more gangsters and an evil Pikachu were on the other side. The old guy then attacked with a grenade and gunfire. The grenade blew up Sherry and some gangsters, some other guy got killed by gunfire and Harry started shooting back. The old guy kept shooting and Bunji was killed, Maria was hit and Big Daddy was also blown to smithereens. The evil Pikachu also got pumped full op lead. In the end, they had alle slaughtered each other and they all died. It was kinda fun though.

Another example;
I dreamt I was being held on an oil-platform in the middle of the ocean. The platform was actually a lab where they conducted experiments on people, and it looked like that from the inside too. Scientists were everywhere. Some guy with glasses was the leader of the scientists, and the rest of them were just some men and women in white coats. Apparently, they were also after me. I got out however, with the help of a girl that looked like a crossover between Naruot's Hinata and Lain. In the meanwhile, in some war zone, an old Solid Snake was stuck on a tree with chains. Raiden then blew the chains to smithereens with some missiles, and the two of them were on their way. Meanwhile, in the lab, a lot of subjects escaped and hell broke loose. Mewtwo appeared, and blew everything and everyone up. He also blew a bridge, causing a lot of scientist to fall to their deaths. Lucy from Elfen Lied also showed up. She ripped the arm of the guy with the glasses to pieces, causing him to fall and die as well. The two of them then killed everyone else, save for me and the girl since we were hiding. Snake and Raiden then saved us from the platform, and we were dropped off in a place with a lot of mountains. Some guy that looked like Zaku from Naruto was also walking over there, and with that, the dream ended.

I like dreaming Very Happy .

i think that a huge number of anime fans have dreams about anime. i have them occasionally, like a guy or girl will bear resemblance to an anime character design or such. but other times its just anime dreams. if your into something, dreams related to it are pretty normal. keep in mind what NORMAL is considered....

by the way, please people, dont tell us any anime wet dreams. thats way more than any of us need to know.

I've had random dreams like that before.

Last night I had a dream that Keiichi from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni was chasing me and a few people I know with a baseball bat. He ended up killing everyone. Well, that's what I get for watching that show before I go to sleep.

This other time I had a dream that my sister was a great duelist. She was so good that she was going to duel against Seto. I was really happy to go because I think Seto is awesome. So the day of the match came and we went to an office that my Dad was in because he was going to take us there. There was a huge fishtank in the middle of the room with giant fish in it. When he walked by the fish started to eat his leg. So my sister didn't get to duel Seto and I was mad. Then he dueled some random other kid.

I hardly ever remember my dreams though.

Here are my 2:

1: I was aboard a train that had been hi-jacked by japanese terrorists, and apparently I was the only one who could stop them. So, I pulled off all kinds of bad-ass feats like kicking guns out of hands, gunning down three people with two bullets and whatnot. And if that wasn't enough, the last thing I remember before waking up was fighting a samurai on the roof of the moving train (who wore card-borad armor); dreams are funny.

2: I was some type of evil human/demon-possessed thing running around in the jungle somewhere. The cool part, I was being hunted by a team of Navy-Seals and ended up taking them out one-by-one, it was awesome! However, in all honesty, I don't know if that was influenced by anime or video-games ingeneral.

Oh yeah, and there was one more dream that was very pleasant while at the same time exhausting which involved a group of catgirls, but... I won't get into that one
That last one was for you, The Seventh Son, Razz

Here's something from an old journal entry:

Quote:
I had a dream... where I had actually met up with the Galaxy Angel Brigade. Apparently, we had met once before, and I was actually the reason the group was together. I don't remember everything, but I do recall going into a field and finding their giant spaceship. I believe one of them invited me aboard. Well, whatever the case, I got onboard, but it seemed like I wasn't supposed to be there. So, I snuck onto an elevator and took it to the bridge. I arrived at the stop and noticed the place was huge and full of people! As it turns out, the Galaxy Brigade was rather famous, so the place was filled with rich tourists who went along for the ride. I noticed that the gate was pretty secure with guards and such, but luckily, I noticed some crew members that knew me. I asked if I may come on the ship's bridge and residence areas to see everyone. I believe Forte was with them. I was so happy to see everyone. I really missed them. They got me a pass and let me aboard. From there, I saw Mint. Apparently, she and I were once an item... I was so happy to see her, I could've cried. I gave her a big hug, but she said she was kinda busy, so I let her go to see everyone else. I ran into Vanilla in a hallway, and her face lit up when she saw me. I threw my arms around her, and she smiled so brightly, something very odd for her to do. It seemed that I had been missed to. She and I went to one of the room, where Ranpha was sitting at a computer, typing up some stuff. I just looked at her, smiled, said her name, and gave her a big hug. Everyone seemed to happy to see me. Forte shows up in the room, and though I had already seen her once, I couldn't help but hug her. I felt like I was at home with this crew. We were all together once again. Suddenly, they invited me to come with them into space! They said I'd be able to come back the next week... but I had exams! >__> I didn't really care. I wanted to be with these guys. I called my mom, and I told her that she wasn't going to believe where I was. Of course, she didn't. I tried to explain to her that those girls from the anime Galaxy Angel just invited me to go into space with them. I don't really remember where that conversation went. So I went off into space with the Angel Brigade. We all hung and such... Oh! I forgot to mention. I ran into Milfeulle as well. We kinda stumbled in a really important ceremony, but luckily it was ending, so we had to cover by being those people at the doors that give congratulation and good-byes. That was all well and good for her, because she was an Angel Brigade member. However, I was not dressed for the occasion... but we got around that. Suddenly, there was an attack on the ship. Apparently, a single entity was attempting to kill the Angel Brigade, and we couldn't fight it, so we had no choice but to run. Something drove me to stay close to Mint... so I did. I did not leave her side. We ran everywhere, taking the shortcuts and secret routes throughout the ship, all to avoid getting caught. We made a good first run, and we rested in one of the room. We'd been running for a while. I was happy everyone was okay... especially Mint. And I kissed her. She wasn't too experienced with kissing, but it was not a bad kiss. Yeah, I french-kissed an anime character. And it was awesome. I saw fireworks. ^__^ Anyways, we realize we have more running to do, so we take off. Finally, we hit a crossroad. We could take an emergency exit staircase, the elevators, or the regular staircase with an alternate route. Mint and I seemed to be the only one who thought not to take elevator or emergency exit, what with the snakes and other traps lurking there. So we took off to the exit. She stopped and turned to do something and told me to go on without her. She'd catch up. I was hesitant, but I ran. And I was able to escape... suddenly, Eddie was with me too. I don't understand that one. We had one last place to escape. It looked like a grocery store, and we just took one of those back exits while avoiding being spotted. We escaped, and all was well. Except now I was back on Earth! We were driving away, when suddenly I cried out "Mint!" I had to get her... I had to be with her... I drove quickly to the spot where the ship originally was, but it wasn't there. There were only large stormclouds... We returned back to a building which I believe I can infer was a building that the ship was connected to for us to escape. I got there, and the building was destroyed. There was a single message sitting at the wreckage that was my only link back to her. On a statue that portrayed the crucifixion of Christ, there was but one word... "...marathon..." I can't imagine what a marathon would mean, but that didn't matter... She was gone. My beloved Mint was gone. I cried out her name... and woke up saying it, almost in tears. There were multiple times when my body tried to wake up, but I fought it to keep dreaming. And finally... here... there was nothing left to dream about. She was gone, and even now... as I type this... I am almost overwhelmed with an amazing sadness. I cannot even begin to comprehend this... Mint...? Why would I love her so...? She's just an anime character, right? Why did I nearly cry over the loss of a girl who never existed...? Maybe she existed in my dreams... just that one time. I don't know. The dream was so incredibly real though... much more so than past dreams. Here, I could sense the purest of emotions, I could touch textures such as smooth metallic walls, smoother skin, buttons on elevators... I actually grew tired from running. That's why we rested. I felt love. True love. I knew it was true love... and I felt it for... Mint Blancmanche. And... I woke up missing her. What... is wrong with me...?

I’ve had an anime style dream before, but that was years ago. It involved being transported to a strange world, zombies, giant spiders, and a white longhaired, purple-eyed guy that you could tell wasn’t human. Now if that not weird enough, add a scene, which evolved a modern day William Shatner & Leonard Nimoy sitting on a park bench in their old Star Trek uniforms.

More recently I’ve had a character make an appears in my dream. I was wondering around an abandon theme park and, happen to find a playground sitting in the middle of what seemed like a spooky forest. Tired after hiking around I sit on an overgrown swing set. Something starts glowing behind me. I turn to see what it is and it turns out to be Youko Karama from Yu Yu Hakusho. He walks up and starts pushing me on the swing. Youko begins talking but I can’t seem to hear what he saying so I lean back to get closer and that where it ends. Someone woke me up before I got a chance to finish the dream Evil or Very Mad. But, if it was anything like most of my dreams, the running and screaming was about to begin.

The moral of these tales, don’t eat sugar before going to bed.

How the hell are you able to remember a dream in so much detail?

Surprisingly, and unfortunately, I have never once had a dream about Galaxy Angel. Actually, I can't recall ever having a dream about anime. I rarely remember dreams though, so I probably have, but just can't remember.

The only thing I can think of that would be close, would be a dream I had (and for some reason remembered) a few months ago about me being in the video game, La Pucelle. Actually just the characters though. It took place on a mountain, some wierd dinosaurs and stuff were around iirc, and for some reason we were also fighting underwater some of the time (with fire). Then I remember we got on a train that for some reason stopped at Paris, and I think I shot down the Eiffel Tower or something... Most of my dreams are completely non-sensical, so I'll stop here as it already makes zero sense.

I think the anime dream I can recall the most relates to Fushigi Yuugi, and how in episodes 26/27 of that series spoiler[Tamahome's family gets vengeance-whacked by Amiboshi of the Seiryuu Seven]; yeah, I dreamt that I was in Tamahome's position, and it wasn't pleasant Sad
