Nigeru wa Haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu is mentioned in this article, but there is no encyclopedia article for that manga. I'd create the encyclopedia article myself, but I don't know how.

It doesn't look to have been submitted yet.
If you want to submit it yourself, you can. If you feel it should be a priority add you can bump this thread and someone should get to it.
