Judging by the visual art, the setting of this show will be in an elementary school, it seems. Either that, or chibi-mode.

Just curious, is this a 3-5 minute anime? From the looks of the visuals, it may be it is. Looks to be an adorable anime, nonetheless.

Is this set in Middle School because their 2D forms are either chibi or loli (they can pass for either one).

The SuzakiNishi radio program airs for one hour late on Wednesday nights on the Nippon Cultural Broadcasting, Inc.'s internet radio station "Chō! A&G+." On the program the two propose and discuss new business ideas.

30 minutes early on Wednesday morning (well, Tuesday 25:00-25:30 as far as they're concerned), actually.

It's 5 minutes per episode according to the airtimes on the Japanese wikipedia article.
