Actually, what Ueshima said is 'Persons who have frequently appeared on large stages are different from ordinary people.'
To put it in other words, though Ikuta and Sakurai are not seasoned stage actresses/musical actresses, since they are members of idol girl group Nogizaka46, they are accustomed to large stages, so Ueshima praised them for their being different from 'laywomen' and their having stage presence.
