Where can I find the theater list for Canada? Or is it USA exclusive?

Even if it is in Canada, there won't be anything up yet. They haven't even announced the US theaters. When they do, it'll probably be here http://www.funimationfilms.com/movie/psycho-pass-the-movie/

And what about the Steins;Gate movie? Do they even license that yet?

But yeah, I think I'll pass on a Psycho-Pass screening. The first season was okay, but the second season really left me with a sour taste.

The 2nd season was written by a different person, the original creators sort of outsourced that season while they worked on the movie themselves. So the movie should have the same quality as the first season did.

At least the English dub will be better then the English that was originally in the film. That was really painful to listen to and it was so frequet.

now to wait about 3 years before the UK get's this on DVD/blu-ray Sad

that's if it gets released because we never know who is releasing stuff for funimation over here now a days

a few months ago i would have said Anime LTD but then Manga Entertainment release Noragami and Universal are releasing Seraph of the End

actually take Psycho-Pass Season 1 was released by Manga and Season 2 is being released by Anime LTD, it can get pretty confusing

sorry didn't mean to babble, don't know why i did Anime smile + sweatdrop

That license was announced at Otakon in August 2014:

Um, was that the movie that is known by Gigguk as 'The Disappearance of Okabe Suzumiya'? Was that the one where Okabe vanishes or something?

No offense but that movie sucks.

And from what I understand, the movie will be about the unresolved ending of Season 1. So, it'll have absolutely nothing to do with the second season. I think you should definitely watch it, I know I will!

The movie is a continuation of the second season - there are recurring characters. It doesn't have anything to do with its plot outside of that, though.

Wait, are you sure? I thought it was going to be about that detective that spoiler[killed the villain in the first season and then had to go on the run]. As for recurring characters, from what I remember most of the characters from the first season, except for, I think, two were also in the second season.

It isn't about him per se but he's one of the main characters, yes. If you haven't watched the second season it's fine to watch the movie, but there are recurring characters, is all.
